20 mins to Betws Y Coed and Llandudno
10 mins to Conwy and Llanrwst.
10 mins drive to the Carneddau Mountains.
15 mins to the nearest sandy beach on Conwy Morfa.

Tal-Y-Bont has a shop/post office selling most basic groceries and newspapers. There is also a local butchers and two pubs, all in walking distance.
Llwyn-Y-Coed Isaf is the ideal location for ramblers and birdwatchers. We have our very own SSSI covering 30 acres to the front of the property.
