In the grounds of a private country house estate on the edge of the beautiful victorian honeymoon village of Betws-y-Coed.
Garden cottage is an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle but within an easy ten minute stroll for all the amenities that Betws-y-Coed has to offer.

With views over mountains and private access to the river Conwy its a perfect place to spend a holiday.

Garden Cottage has 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom, Kitchen, Dining room with Multi fuel/Log burner, a large conservatory lounge (With heating) that leads through french windows onto a large veranda that overlooks the garden, ideal for Al Fresco dining...even when raining!

A large Victorian terraced Garden with plenty of room for children to play or to relax and take in the surrounding mountain scenery.

Storage for bikes/wet weather gear, a laundry room, games room. Private parking for 3 vehicles.

Garden Cottage has views over mountains and the river Conwy which can be accessed through the meadow, a lovely place for summer picnics.
It is a 10minute stroll to the village of Betws-y-Coed with its shops,hotels and restaurants.

Originally a victorian gardeners cottage in the grounds of a private country house estate, the cottage has been transformed over the years but still retains many original features,like beamed ceilings, terraced gardens and internal stone walls.
The cottage is completely central heated (No extra charges!) and has sky satellite TV, DVD player, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Drying facilities, Ironing facilities, Travel Cot (Please remember to bring cot bedding with you as we dont provide)

We provide all bedding AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Heating and electric is also included.
We can arrange food and drink welcome packs or Flowers and champagne for that special occasion.
