Coed Mawr Hall operates as a Boutique Bed and Breakfast alongside three self catering cottages.
The B&B is perfect for those wanting a romantic break, a peaceful retreat or even the challenge of walking the local mountains.
We have three rooms available - each sleeping a total of two in each room. Even when the house is full, the atmosphere is still peaceful.
We are set on a mountainside with woodlands as a backdrop in Rowen, Conwy, North Wales. We are positioned centrally for the coast, countryside and the mountains. It is a peaceful location in four acres of beautiful countryside, amongst much apparent wildlife such as buzzards, kestrels, herons, foxes, pheasants and squirrels!

Room 1 -has a old world feel. The luxurious Four Poster bed is a dramatic piece in the room. Almost as dramatic as the views over the valley from the window seats. If you are an early riser there is nothing more beautiful than watching the sunrise coming over the mountains across the valley. It really is a sight worth waking up for. The recipe for relaxation is in the bathroom. Roll top freestanding bath + Bubbles = Relaxation

Room 2 has a calming and luxurious feel. The four poster bed is inviting and is situated overlooking the views of the Conwy Valley. Dream away while sitting on the window seats and watch the wildlife go by. With a big freestanding roll top bath in the ensuite there is plenty of room for a couple to relax and unwind.

Room 3 is a real eye opener. With two double sleigh beds, it is the perfect retreat for two friends wanting to holiday together.
The room is situated at the back of the house with views on to the woodland behind the house.
In keeping with the style of the house, the room is spacious and inviting.

Facilities for forest walking is plentiful as the woodland is directly behind the Hall. With the seaside only three miles away, you will constantly have plenty to see and do.

There are beautiful gardens to the front of the house with room to sit outside to share that morning coffee. The garden swing seat is the perfect place for that first morning coffee or romantic evening glass of wine.

The cottages are dog friendly if you are looking to bring your dog! Your four legged friend will be spoilt for choice..... beautiful mountain walks and playing on the beach are a must! Sadly we cannot accept dogs in the B&B.

The local pub is five minutes walk away and serves fantastic, home cooked food..... and visit the Dutch pancake house, which is three minutes away !!!

Our Boutique Bed and Breakfast is now open. Please see our website for more details. We have two luxury king-size rooms and one luxury twin room with two double sleigh beds. All rooms are spacious and have flat screen televisions. The rooms are ensuite with roll top freestanding baths.
